Automatic Capsule Packaging Machine MAC 400
The MAC400 separates, fills and closes the capsules completely automatically. Once the two hoppers have been filled, one for the empty capsules and one for the powders, the machine is able to work automatically until the product is exhausted. Once exhausted, the sensors will stop the machine signaling the lack.
Each operation of the machine can also be started manually and individually via PLC.
The machine is also equipped with a defective capsule rejection system.
The central circular carousel has ten positions, each position carries three capsules.
Main features:
- Low consumption, small size, fast and practical format change.
- All parts of the machine are watertight so that no dust infiltration can enter the mechanisms.
- Excess dust ends up in a collection tray and can therefore be recovered. li>
The entire cycle is programmed via PLC. The machine can be connected to a PC application to monitor and control "Industry 4.0" machines.
