Automatic Machine for Packaging Therapeutic Cannabis Sachets mod. MONIKA

The machine is made up of two units: the upper unit which conveys the product and weighs it and the lower unit which packs the product into sachets.
The upper unit is made up of four vibrating cups . Each cup can be adjusted from the touch screen panel for vibration intensity and quantity of product to be weighed. Each cup discharges the product into the load cell which will add each weighing to reach the final weight set by the customer. If the material to be weighed is not uniform, the machine can also be set up with a safety system for rejecting it if the weighing is not correct.
The weighed product passes from the load cell to the lower unit via a chute in stainless steel. The machine then packages the sachets in heat-sealable material starting from a single reel which is dragged by a motor through a sensor. The sealing can be on three sides or on the back side of the sachet. The length of the sachet and the sealing temperature can be managed via a touch screen panel.
Although the machine was created specifically for the packaging of therapeutic cannabis, it can package any type of product: herbs, powders, tablets, capsules. If there are particular needs, the two units also work in manual mode.
